Ocean swimming and sunbathing.  Ice skating, basketball, volleyball, bowling, ping pong, billiards and swimming across the street at a Miami Beach recreation center.  A three-hole golf course behind the recreation center.  The Miami Beach municipal golf course is just a few blocks away.  The Miami Beach Public Library is seven blocks south.  The house is also convenient to synagogues and churches.

Food Shopping

The Publix supermarket is eight blocks away, but there is limited neighborhood shopping three blocks away, including grocery stores. Plus, of course there is the 41st Street commercial corridor which is the primary shopping area for mid-beach.
